What does the concept of One Health mean?
In this short film, we try to explain how everything is connected, the so-called One Health approach. Watch the film here.
One Health Day aims to bring attention worldwide to the need for One Health interactions and for the world to ‘see them in action’. One Health is a health and welfare concept for animals and people in sustainable ecosystems, where the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) contribute with new knowledge.
Background: One Health Day is an international campaign co-coordinated by the One Health Commission, the One Health Initiative Autonomous pro bono Team and the One Health Platform Foundation.
In connection with the International One Health Day on 3 November, we would like to highlight a new folder about SLU's One Health research - an interdisciplinary concept that gives us a holistic approach to health.
Download/Read the folder: One Health – One world, One planet: Interdisciplinary research on the health of humans, animals, plants, and ecosystems
