Welcome to I.A.M. Public Space Symposium 2024

The Second Managing Public Space Symposium brings together researchers, policy makers and practitioners from across the globe with a focus on the management of public space through the themes:

Travel recommendations

If you are travelling internationally to the Symposium, and should you choose to fly, we recommend Kastrup/Copenhagen Airport in Denmark as your final destination. Trains operate regularly from Kastrup/Copenhagen Airport to Malmö and Lund. If you are travelling from Sturup/Malmö Airport, the bus service Flygbussarna will take you to Malmö C. If you are travelling by train, your final destination should be Malmö or Lund, depending on your choice of accommodation.

Accommodation

Both cities offer a wide range of accommodations. Look for hotels and hostels close to the central train stations, as Campus Alnarp can be reached by public transport from both Lund and Malmö.

Public transport to Campus Alnarp

From both Lund and Malmö, bus 139 is the easiest transit to Alnarp. The bus departs from Värnhemstorget in Malmö and from Lund C, the central train station in Lund. Detailed timetables and tickets for public transportation can be obtained through Skånetrafiken.
