Subject: Food hygiene.

Target group: Professionals who handle unpackaged or refrigerated and frozen foods

Learning objectives: Knowledge and understanding according to the Swedish Food Agency's proposal for basic training in food hygiene (report 8, 2006)

Course content: 
•    In house-inspection and HACCP
•    Hygiene and cleaning
•    Microbiology and food poisoning
•    Laws and regulations

Level: Basic.

Scope/time: Eight hours

Flexibility: Web-based, login protected, SLU's learning management platform

Assessment: Randomized quiz, three attempts, 70% correct to pass
