Marcus Klaus
I am interested in the carbon and greenhouse gas cycling in the boreal and subarctic landscape. I work mainly in lakes, streams and groundwater, but also soils and trees. With my research, I aim to understand and quantify gas exchange processes from microscopic to global scales.

Presentation

I am a physical geographer with broad interest in boreal forest ecosystems and specific expertise in the fields of limnology, biogeochemistry, hydrology and hydrodynamics.
