The Centre for Reproductive Biology in Uppsala (CRU) was established in 1999 by the vice-chancellors of the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and Uppsala University. CRU is a joint body between the two universities and consists of a network of scientist working in the field of reproductive biology.
CRU's main function is to increase the knowledge on reproduction in animals and humans by applying a comprehensive view on reproductive biology. To arrange conferences, seminars, workshops and postgraduate training activities are key components in this work.
Within the area of reproduction, workshops, symposia, seminars, and PhD-courses are organized, and research programmes are developed. Activities are detailed in the CRU calendar.
Membership in CRU is free of charge and open for scientists at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and Uppsala University. However, courses, workshops etc are open for all interested, not only for members.
