SLU Ekoforsk

The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) coordinates a programme for field research projects within organic agriculture and horticulture called 'SLU Ekoforsk'. The aim is to improve the knowledge base for the development of crop cultivation, animal husbandry and the production of fruit, berries and vegetables. Projects should contribute to the development of a sustainable production in terms of environmental concerns, animal welfare, resource management, income level and productivity.
