Organic scampi produced in Sweden

A Swedish company has developed a method for growing organic king prawns in Sweden. The goal is to reach the market with a certified prawn for Christmas 2014. The approach is to use a rotation based microbial feed and waste heat from heating plants. The company Vegafish is working together with SLU.
