Research
I am adjunct lecturer within the Restoration Ecology research group at SLU-Umeå. My main employment is at the Swedish Forest Agency, where I work as a conservation specialist. Being some kind of a hybrid between a forester and an ecologist, I have a broad interest in ecology applied to conservation issues.
Cooperation
I work actively with collaboration involving SLU and the Swedish Forest Agency.
Supervision
PhD LEVEL, CO-SUPERVISOR
Martijn Versluijs: Restoration of forest set-asides to improve the conservation status of bird assemblages in northern forests (started 2014)
Ewa Orlikowska: Evaluating Natura 2000 sites for conservation of forest biodiversity in Sweden (started 2013)
