Researchers at the Department of Landscape Architecture, Planning and Management are working on issues related to planning, design and management of all types of landscapes (urban, peri-urban, rural) and at all scales.
We often work in inter-, multi- and transdisciplinary projects and have well-developed international networks. Our research addresses current societal challenges and practical problems linked to the landscape and how we humans shape and are shaped by our living environments.
