The Department of Economics and the Department of Urban and Rural Development are joined in the research school People, Society and Sustainability (PSS).

The research school aims to function as a platform for all PhD students at SLU working with topics related to sustainable use, rural development, landscape architecture environmental communication, agrarian history, management, and development of biological natural resources.

The research school aims at creating an arena based on the humanities and social science perspectives that can critically engage with interdisciplinary issues pertaining to issues that are central to society. Welcome to join us!
