The research related to low- and middle-income countries includes projects in many of the research fields at our department and involves researchers studying techniques and systems for efficient and safe production and logistics of food.
The researchers also study safe and effective use of resources in sewage and waste suitable for developing and middle income countries, as well as technologies and systems for extraction, conversion and use of bioenergy.
