INFRES was a project with the EU 7th framework program and stood for "Innovative and effective technology and logistics for forest residual biomass supply in the EU".
INFRES was a projcet with the EU 7th framework program and stood for "Innovative and effective technology and logistics for forest residual biomass supply in the EU". INFRES aimed to accelerate the technological development and to open paths to EU´s renewable targets by producing research based knowledge, technological solutions and service innovations for forest residue feedstock supply. SBT participated in several WPs in the project and leads one of them. The project consortium had 23 partners including universities, institutes and companies from Finland, Sweden, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czeck Republic, and the Netherlands.
