Travel grant

Participation of young persons with a keen interest in forests, from each country in the Barents region is essential. Therefore, if are you between the ages of 18-30 (approx.), from the region (Finland, Norway, Russia or Sweden), you can apply for travel grant.
There are no more grants for Russian and Finnish participants. The application is however still open for participants from Norway and Sweden until the 8th of October, 2019. Please observe that grants can be granted continuously, so do not wait.
The grant covers a roundtrip to Umeå in economy class and a hotel room that we will book. To apply, send a CV and a description of about 100 words on how you can contribute to the pre-conference workshop to bff2019@slu.se.
To be eligible you need to:
Approximately be between the ages of 18-30.
Be from the region (Finland, Norway, Russia or Sweden)
Take an active part in the pre-conference workshop.
