Registration

The first registration phase with early bird price closed on the 22nd of September. You can still register for the conference until the 10th of November but at a higher price. You register online. The delegate fee is from the 23rd of September 5000SEK, and the student fee remains at 3200SEK.

The registration fee includes:

• 3-days participation
• 3 lunches 
• 3-days coffee/tea and sacks

The registration fee does not include:

• Travel expenses to Sweden, Kiruna
• Cost of Accommodation in Kiruna
• Dinner during the conference

Dinner can be added during the registration phase and paid at your own cost.

• Tuesday the 3rd of December: a main course for 270SEK.
• Wednesday the 4th of December: a three-meal course for 725SEK. 

Cancellations and refunds
The registration is binding. There is no refund for cancellations after registration is made. If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague/friend. Please contact the conference secretariat if you want to change your name and participation for another person. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at reg.nordicruralities2024@akademikonferens.se to minimize food waste.
