Kursen ges under valfri tid på året och omfattar totalt fem veckor. Under fyra av dessa veckor deltar du i arbetet på en arbetsplats. Den sista veckan ägnas åt att analysera, sammanställa och och redovisa erfarenheterna från praktikperioden. Du ska själv tillfråga och föreslå praktikplats. Innan praktiken påbörjas ska praktikplatsen godkännas av kursledningen och ett avtal med praktikplatsen vara undertecknat.

Content
For approximately 80% of the time, the student will participate in the daily tasks at the place of work. The student will have access to academic supervision as well as a supervisor at the organisation/company. After the period of practical training, the student shall analyze and summarize experiences and present them in written form, and orally.
The written report shall include a presentation of the workplace, an overview of the tasks and reflections on what is the course objective.
The practical instruction in the workplace is designed individually between supervisors and students

Approved written and oral presentation of experiences from practical exercises, and participation in compulsory activities
If a student has failed an examination, the examiner has the right to issue supplementary assignments. This applies if it is possible and there are grounds to do so.
The examiner can provide an adapted assessment to students entitled to study support for students with disabilities following a decision by the university. Examiners may also issue an adapted examination or provide an alternative way for the students to take the exam.
If this syllabus is withdrawn, SLU may introduce transitional provisions for examining students admitted based on this syllabus and who have not yet passed the course.
For the assessment of an independent project (degree project), the examiner may also allow a student to add supplemental information after the deadline for submission. Read more in the Education Planning and Administration Handbook.
