Welcome to this course in innovation management for sustainable food systems!

We start January 20 (Monday) with an introduction 13.15-16.00.

Always count with that we start 15 minutes past the hour indicated in the schedule (9 in the schedule means 9.15, et c), unless something else is announced.

We have two course books:

1) Trott (2021) Innovation management and new product development, 7th edition, Pearson. Previous edition also works, but have other chapter structure.

2) Tonnquist (2024). Project management. Sanoma Utbildning (note, 6th ed is available in English. 5th ed (2021) also works well)

We will use Trott as the "standard book" on innovation management. You can see if you can buy used copies from any previous course particiants, or you will find it in most book stores online (also as e-book).

You will not use the second book on projet management until the two project management weeks (start 10 February)
