The course covers topics such as gut microbiome and host interactions and the methodology including data analysis. Both lectures, exercises, seminars and group discussions will be used. The lectures, seminars and exercises will be distributed out over the whole course period, but with more emphasis on lectures in the beginning of the course whereas data exercises and seminars will take place more towards the end of the course.Responsible department
