CRU Webinar: “GEDI-MeDIP: From development to potential”

I will introduce you to a protocol we have developed for the parallel identification of genetic and epigenetic variation in the same reduced fraction of genomes across individuals. I will show you how we have applied this method in different species models to answer different research questions. This includes the application of our method in the field of reproduction biology, for example, for the identification of methylome profiles in gametes in relation to fertility in pigs.
