What's the role of fats in a sustainable food system? There is lot of discussion of protein, but less attention on fat. In this seminar, we will discuss the promises and pitfalls of different ways to "solve the fat gap".
TABLE and SLU Future Food invite you to join a dynamic event that will explore the future of sustainable fats from different angles, including a food systems view and the importance of fats from both a taste and nutrition perspective.
Since food is a package of nutrients, when you cut down on one, you cut down on the other. Meat is an example of that. With the call in the global North to eat less meat, then what will fat consumption be replaced with?
