The Research School in Future Silviculture invites you to an open webinar where researchers at the Faculty of Forest Sciences can listen to what challenges companies, authorities and others with an interest in the future use and conservation of forests, face. This is the first step in a call for industry and collaboration PhD student projects.
Here up to eight PhD student projects can be funded to research the sustainable forestry of the future, while promoting the supply of skills in this area outside SLU. The Research School in Future Silviculture is part of the major research initiative WIFORCE - Wallenberg Initiative in Forest Research - which is supported by the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation (KAW).
