The One Health Breakfast Club #23: Hormone disruptors and reproductive health

internal events | seminars, workshops |

Welcome to the One Health Breakfast Club 4 February between 8.00 and 9.00. You get a short inspirational talk, some breakfast, and a chance to meet and have transdisciplinary discussions with SLU colleagues. The last sign-up date is 28 January. See you there!

Each Breakfast Club starts with a short inspirational talk, and then it's up to you to mingle and take the opportunity to enjoy interesting transdisciplinary discussions and initiate new collaborations. Whether you see yourself as a One Health researcher or not, we promise you'll find something relevant. Almost all of SLU's research interests are linked to One Health!

Program

  • 8.00-8.30 – Hormone disruptors and reproductive health – A One Health perspective, by Ida Hallberg, Department of Clinical Sciences, SLU.
  • 8.30-9.00 – Networking breakfast

The presentation will focus on environmental chemicals and their effects on humans and animals from a One Health perspective. Ida's research includes how humans and pets are exposed to environmental chemicals and how this can affect their health (with a focus on fertility).

Read more about Ida Hallberg and her research topics (in Swedish)!

Most welcome,
