Welcome to the first Urban Forests webinar of 2025. This time, we welcome Veronika Andrea, lecturer and researcher with the Department of forestry and management of the environmental and natural resources, at Democritus university in Thrace.
Veronika Andrea teaches in forest policy and conducts her research on topics like forestry and environmental policites, sustainable development and more. She is widely published in international journals.
Veronika's webinar will, among other things, deal with a study she took part in, titled "Investigating the citizens’ views and perceptions about the urban forest infrastructure and services of Komotini, Greece", which deals with infrastructure issues in urban forests in Greece.
