Why Attend?
This is a one-of-a-kind event, bringing together researchers, professionals, and practitioners from across the Nordic region to share knowledge, build collaborations, and explore innovation in field trials. The conference offers:
- Unparalleled networking opportunities during shared meals, breaks, and transportation.
- A unique chance to gain insights into Finland’s field trials sector and hear from experts across the Nordics.
- A carefully designed schedule to optimize travel time and make the most of your participation.
Thanks to support from NKJ (Nordic Joint Committee for Agricultural and Food Research), we are able to offer a very low participation fee of just 500 DKK (excl. VAT) for physical attendance, which includes:
- Transport between Helsinki Airport, the venue, and the hotel.
- Coffee, cake, lunches, and two evening dinners.
Hybrid Option
While we highly encourage in-person attendance for the best experience, we do offer an online participation option for those unable to travel. Please note that online access is limited to presentations only (not workshops).
Accomodation
Rooms available at the Fabrik Hotel (100–120€ per night; a quota of 35 rooms has been reserved).
