From AI to urban landscapes - lunch webinar

AI is already influencing how we plan and develop our cities - but what does it mean for the study of urban landscapes and the places we move through every day? What new questions does data-driven urban development raise for landscape architects, and how can a landscape perspective contribute to the discussion?

How can landscape perspectives shape the smart cities of the future? Join us for a lunch webinar on the 7th of May, where we’ll explore the intersection of technology, data, and landscape in urban development together with Andrew Karvonen and Nina Vogel. It will be an open and curious conversation — no prior knowledge needed, just an interest in cities and landscapes. Please share with your students!

The webinar is part of the 2025 series where we explore the relationship between digitalisation and urban landscapes from different perspectives.
