I perform computational analyses on metagenomes and transcriptomes (in other words: nucleotide contents / DNA and RNA contents) of the biogas system, as a PhD candidate with Anna Schnürer at the Anaerobic Microbial Biology group. In my project, I apply earlier experience, having worked as a bioinformatician for several years.
