Ida Karlsson
Researcher at the Dept. of Crop Production Ecology. My research interest is microbial ecology in agricultural systems. I am specifically studying the interaction between plant pathogens, plants, beneficial microorganisms and agricultural practices.
I am also working with the official Swedish variety testing.

· HeRo – Healthy Roots: Development of tools for selecting resilient wheat varieties with focus on the root system (SLU Grogrund, 2020-2022)
· Fostering organic cultivation of grain legumes; a multi-scale feasibility study for soybean and lupin production in Sweden (Formas, 2019-2022)
· Preparing for plant protection risks in maize cropping systems in a warmer climate (SLU Platform plant protection, 2019-2020)
