Presentation
Researcher in precision agriculture and pedometrics
My research interests include: how different environmental factors vary in space and time at different scales, and how plants, especially our crops, respond to this variation, and how to adapt management practices accordingly.
The work involves the development and evaluation of methods for efficient measuring, mapping and monitoring crops and their environment (e.g., using proximal and remote sensing), as well as how to use high-resolution environmental data together with agronomic knowledge to guide management in practice (for example in digital support systems).
