Presentation
12/2021- Current:
PostDoctoral researcher in Water Quality Modelling at the Department of Soil and Environment, SLU.
Research
- Understanding of the dynamics and pathways of nutrient and sediment transport in catchments.
- Disentangle the effects of land use and climatic variability as drivers of nutrient and sediment concentrations in streams.
- Evaluate methods and pinpoint areas for mitagative actions to improve water quality.
- Model nutrient and sediment transport under future climate and land use scenarios, with emphasis on extreme events.
Environmental analysis
- Sediment and nutrient flux modelling
- Land cover reconstruction
- Sediment source tracing (geochemical and biochemical)
- Sediment dating and sedimentation reconstruction (Fallout radionuclides)
- Water- and soil quality
