New professors inaugurated in Umea

On May 6, five new professors were inaugurated at SLU in Umea.
The professors' inauguration lectures were pre-recorded and broadcast on the morning of 6 May. On the evening of the same day, the actual inauguration ceremony in front of the audience was held in place in P-O Bäckström's hall.
The solemn ceremony was followed by dinner with entertainment and dancing at the Universum restaurant.
