Spatial Design in Dialogue with a Place

Full scale models by second year students. Students learn to follow the materials, trust the process, and investigate 1:1 on site. Teaching is practice-led, characterized by free explorations, involving for instance composition, colors and investigation of spatial relations. Practice-led explorations lead to insight specific to the materials, sites and situations involved. We deal with experiential, site and situation specific knowledge, perhaps better expressed in terms of insight and experience than knowledge.
