Genome-wide association study of behavior traits in Swedish dogs
Last changed: 30 June 2017
To be started later
The estimated breeding values from the genetic analysis of the DMA data in paper 3 will then be used for genome wide association studies (GWAS) to find chromosome regions responsible for a large proportion of the variation. Some of the dogs that will be used for this study are already sampled and genotyped within the LUPA EU-project in cooperation with SKK, the breed clubs, veterinary clinicians and molecular geneticists.
