An access controlled, multiroom laboratory using automated analyses of genetic and endocrine samples for large sample volumes of wild populations. Our extracted samples often show low DNA yield (non-invasive and eDNA) making them susceptible to contamination. All samples, materials and staff thus follow strict unidirectional flows.
All samples are tracked in a database to ensure tracability, analysis status,
and data storage. We work primarily with SNP-genotyping in roughly 15 model systems, but also run qPCR and ddPCR.
