Stadsodling och social interaktion

Kursen är ämnesövergripande på det aktuella temat stadsodling. Utifrån ett globalt och nationellt perspektiv granskar man stadsodling som socialt och politiskt fenomen i samhället. Stadsodlingens betydelse som markör för ekologisk omställning och människors inflytande på sin närmiljö tas upp. På en mer detaljerad nivå fördjupar studenterna sig i stadsodlingens förutsättningar: vad får man göra i staden, hur påverkar platsens identitet och kulturvärde möjligheter för odling, vad kan man odla och hur, och vad finns det för risker och nytta. Syftet är att förbereda studerande i olika ämnesområden att bemöta stadsodlingens utmaningar i sina yrkesliv.
